Jack talks to Father Travis about how to explain the aliens. He advises Jack to pray and advise his congregation. They enter the chapel and find it is overflowing with people.

Erica tries to find out more information about the visitors. She tells her co-worker Dale Maddox that she found a terrorist cell that is trying to acquire large amounts of C4 while all other cells have gone quiet. Tyler calls Erica over to the TV to watch Anna address the UN. Anna announces that they will cherish the friendship between them. Reporters flood her with questions and Chad tells them to show Anna some respect. He points out that all the visitors seem unusually attractive. She tells him he's not so bad either and he reports on how the visitors have a sense of humor. Meanwhile, Anna tells her minion that she wants Chad.

Three weeks later, Chad reports on how the visitors have had a beneficial impact on the economy and society. He also reports on protests that have erupted.

Erica talks to Dale about traces of C4 that were found on Long Island. They head out to the scene and find nothing. Erica notices a shack and the two enter. Erica finds a secret tunnel. The two proceed with their guns drawn. They find a dead man tied to a chair and a large stockpile of C4. Dale and Erica find out the man has been dead for months.

Ryan gets a call from a man named Georgie asking for his help. Ryan tells the man not to call him again. Valerie meets up with Ryan and he hangs up his phone.

Tyler and his friend go aboard a shuttle craft that takes people to see the inside of the mothership. They are awestruck as they fly over the city. They enter the mothership and see a large community inside. They are introduced to a visitor named Lisa. They then learn how the visitors are able to manipulate gravity. Lisa then invites Tyler to join the V ambassador program.

Jack walks preaches about not jumping on the bandwagon before finding out if it is sturdy and sound. He advises that the visitors may need to earn their trust before they give it away. Father Travis tells Jack that the visitors are driving people back to God. Jack points out that people are scared and are looking for a savior. Father Travis says they should be grateful for the visitors. Jack says they need to be careful not to let that gratitude turn into false worship. A man named Roy then enters the church and reveals that he can walk again.
