Even though Rabbit tells Marisa they have a call, Marisa tells his she is going to clock out since she is done. Rabbit convinces her they can make a difference by taking the call. The fire department ship brings Nancy and Glenn to the boat. Nancy sees the boat is sinking. After they board, Nancy realizes that most of the crew doesn't speak English. Glenn proceeds treating the party goers individually. Nancy informs Rabbit that they are taking in a lot of water. Rabbit spots someone flailing in the water. Rabbit takes a line, dives in and grabs the victim. Rabbit tells Marisa that the patient is hypothermic. The patient takes control of the helicopter and causes it to dive. Marisa pulls out a gun and puts it to his head. Marisa regains control and pulls up to avoid a crash.

Rabbit informs Glenn that the man is concerned about his wife who is still on the boat. Tyler and Cameron go below deck and find a woman who is stuck. They free her and bring her to the rescue boat. Nancy tells Rabbit they found the man's wife and she is pregnant. Rabbit lands and loads the woman on the chopper. Rabbit calls Joe and tells him the woman is about to give birth. Rabbit sees that the baby is coming out the wrong way. He is able to reorientate the baby and deliver. Rabbit tells the team that baby is not breathing. He uses a respirator to try to bring him back. After a few moments of tapping the baby's chest with his fingers, the baby starts to cry. The father asks Rabbit what his name is and decides to name his baby the same. The chopper lands and unloads the family.

Later, Diana informs Rabbit that the baby is doing fine. Speaking in Hungarian, Rabbit says he wants a beer. Tyler tells Cameron he is going home to sleep and advises he go home to his kids. Nancy sees her dad dressed in scrubs. Diana informs her that her dad's friend died during surgery. Nancy watches as her dad comfort his friend's family.

At home, Cameron's wife sees him playing video games with his son. She tells Cameron her kid has to go to bed since it is a school night.

Diana brings Glenn some beer made in Pittsburgh. He tells her he is surprised she got them.

Rabbit asks Marisa what she thinks. She says she is glad she went out and admits they made a difference. Rabbit tells her the man who died was named Roy and the boy who was born is named Rabbit.

Nancy gives her dad her condolences. He says he knew his friend for several decades. Nancy says he only works with her patients for ten minutes. Her dad wonders if her way is better.
