Back at the station, the medics play wiffle ball. Nancy arrives and gets looks from the boys since she is dressed up. Tyler looks at the schedule and sees he is still partnered with Cameron. Cameron asks Tyler that he shouldn't think he is going to change even though he knows he is gay. Cameron asks the chief if he can go on a double shift with Tyler. He calls his wife and informs her he is going to take another shift. He explains he wants to score points with the boss. Cameron gets in the car as Tyler downs an energy drink.

Nancy tells Glenn he needs practice running an IV. As he tries to show her, he drops a black book. She opens the book and reads medical procedures that Glenn explains is a wish list.

Tyler and Cameron get a call about an unresponsive woman on Russian Hill. Tyler lights up the sirens and drives to the scene. They arrive at a large residence and learn the woman is upstairs. They arrive in the upstairs bedroom and find a woman buried under a large dress. Cameron and Tyler cut through the garment and learn the woman is named Hazel. Tyler tests her and sees she is going through a diabetic shock. They give her medication to revive her. Hazel asks Cameron if she can put some make up on before they continue to work. They see that her heart levels are still elevated. Cameron realizes that Hazel is about to have a heart attack. They load her on the ambulance and bring Hazel and her sister Camilla to the hospital. Camilla asks how long Hazel has to stay. Joe tells Cameron that he is familiar with both sisters. Camilla asks Cameron if she is going to a nursery home. Cameron explains to Camilla that since Hazel has diabetes, it is okay to ask for help. Camilla says she needs it.

Glenn asks Nancy who she got dressed for. Nancy shows him a picture of her father who is on the hospital wall.

Tyler and Cameron continue to consume energy drinks to stay awake. Cameron plays Mario Kart on his son's Gameboy just before Tyler takes it from him. Cameron calls his wife and wishes her and his kids goodnight. She says they went to be long ago.
