Tyler tells Cameron that he is upset since he just broke up with a guy. After he asks what happened, Cameron figures he broke up with someone from the medical staff.

Rabbit jumps in the helicopter with Marisa and apologizes for being late. Marisa informs Rabbit that Casey is there to ride along.

Nancy brings the gunshot victim to the hospital and briefs Diana on his condition. The chief tells Glenn and Nancy that the family of the suspect who was beaten has filed a report of police brutality.

As they fly, Rabbit figures that Marisa and Casey flew together in Iraq. Casey explains he was a helicopter gunner and killed people during his tour.

On the street, two men Raleigh and Daryl celebrate their success in business. Daryl tells Raleigh he will drive since he is drunk. As Daryl turns around to talk to his friend, he crashes head on into a tow truck.

Tyler and Cameron go to the scene and find the driver, Daryl is badly injured since his airbag didn't deploy. Marisa lands her helicopter at the scene. Rabbit loads up Daryl and tells his friend he is going to be fine.

As they fly, Rabbit calls Joe and informs him that Daryl is starting to herniate. Rabbit tries to revive the patient after he crashes. Joe tells Rabbit that Daryl probably has an aortic transection and can't be saved.
