Later, Marisa and Rabbit pick up Jonah and load him in the chopper. Rabbit says he wants to give Jonah morphine because he is hurt all over, but since he is so young it will do more harm than good.

Meanwhile, a woman approaches Cameron and Tyler's ambulance and informs them that Sarah Palin is hurt. They discover that Sarah is actually a dressed up black man who hurt his leg. Tyler meets with Kurt, the person who is throwing the party. Kurt enters a club where he is introduced by a drag queen MC.

At the hospital, a nurse tells the patients they will not be treated if they are wearing a costume. Joe sees Diana and tells her to get changed after she gets done with her patient since she is no longer in high school. While Nancy gives Diane some pointers, she sees that she is upset. Rabbit wheels in Jonah who imagines Diane as Tinkerbell before he passes out.

Back in the club, the drag queens dance to Lady Gaga's Poker Face. Tyler and Cameron wonder how they were assigned to the Castro district. Tyler admits he requested the assignment to torture him. Two gay men wearing loose paramedic outfits hit on Cameron. After one of the men touches Cameron, Cameron slams him into the ambulance then pushes him away. Tyler tells him he is overreacting, but Cameron explains he would do the same thing anywhere.

The chief tells Rabbit and Marisa that they don't have to fly anymore. Rabbit volunteers to finish his shift by driving the ambulance that was smashed up. They respond to a call where they meet a woman whose husband Richard is having heart problems. Richard says he has extreme pain in his chest. Rabbit sprays nitroglycerin in his mouth, realizes he had a heart attack and tells him they will have to take him back to the hospital.

As Glenn and Nancy wait, several party goers stumble and bump into the ambulance. Glenn says he hates Halloween.

Diana sees Jonah's parents argue and tells them their son can hear him. She explains that Jonah might protect himself by becoming more unconscious, which is not what they want. She tells them that Jonah needs his parents more than doctors.
