At the station, Glenn watches as Tyler plays a zombie killing video game. He stops short of beating Terry's score and explains to Nancy that he didn't want to wipe it away. Nancy says she wants to play since it is Halloween.

Meanwhile, several masked kids play pranks in their neighborhood. After one of the kids tosses an explosion in a fountain, he realizes he burned himself. The team gets the call and heads towards the boy, Phil. While they drive, Tyler asks Cameron if he noticed he cleaned the ambulance interior. Cameron wonders if he is fishing for a compliment. When they arrive, a man complains about the bill received for a ambulance ride he had earlier that week. They examine Phil and notice he has cavitation burns. Cameron orders Tyler to tube him. One of the other kids says he used chemicals they got from class. Cameron realizes Phil used phosphorus as an explosive and waters him down with a hose. As they load Phil on the ambulance, the man from earlier starts to smash the ambulance with a baseball bat causing the passenger window and windshield to shatter. Cameron compliments Tyler on his clean up job, which now doesn't matter.

Nancy asks another paramedic Andrea if she wants to switch with her, but she doesn't want to work Halloween. The chief says everyone's favorite day is upon them even through they tried to call in sick. He announces they should stay out of the Castro part of town since there is going to be a huge party.
