Marisa tells Rabbit she is going to mess up the man after she finds him. She explains she put the keys in the chin bubble. She tries to radio the chopper, but the man doesn't respond. While riding the wheelchair, Rabbit calls Cameron and tells him that Marisa lost the helicopter. He asks him to send someone to pick him up.

Nancy meets with a group of drug users and warns them about bad heroin that is going around. He gives them several boxes of naloxone. Glenn tells her that she shouldn't help them since they are junkies. He explains that his sister is a drug abuser. Nancy meets with a drunk man she recognizes as Duke. Glenn watches as Duke shows her a card trick.

A police officer explains to Marisa that the person who stole his chopper is Edward Smith who has a brain tumor. Marisa figures that they plan on either forcing or shooting down the helicopter. Tyler arrives and asks Rabbit to join him for a call. As they drive to the scene, Marisa tries to contact Edward. Rabbit wonders where Edward would want to go. They arrive at the address of the call. Marisa warns Edward that the police are going to shoot him down. After Rabbit sees a man collapsed in a house, he breaks in. They discover the man is confused as he calls Rabbit by the name of Fonzie. Edward calls Marisa and informs her that the helicopter is throwing oil. Back in the house, the man introduces himself as Phil. After he is unable to hold both of his arms forward, Rabbit figures that Phil is having a stroke. Edward calls Marisa and tells her he wants to live free in the sky.

Two medics complain about each other to Cameron. Tyler calls Cameron and tells him they keep on getting calls, so they haven't had a chance to find the helicopter. Marisa sees the helicopter fly above them. Glenn and Nancy get a call about a possible overdose. They see that Duke is in pain as he says his stomach is killing himself. After they bring Duke to the ambulance, Glenn says he doesn't think it is worth it to help Duke.

Marisa tells Edward not to do anything stupid. Marisa explains that first responders are getting angry at him. After Edward says he just wants to fly, Marisa says she gets it, but suggests he land. After they see the helicopter again, Rabbit turns on the lights and sirens to chase after it.
