I suspect Kuol is going to die in the end. His character serves no role in the hospital other than pushing a cart so there would be no functional loss. I predict the writers will develop and develop his character then kill it off for the audience's potential emotional payoff.

Although Mandy Patankin did a fine jub I think the show was trying to pull on heart strings too hard. In my case, the strings broke and I wasn't very emotional at the end. Instead of feeling an 'oh, that is so sad,' moment, I more felt like it was better that Victor went out that way. I can't beleive that this show hasn't gotten its plug pulled yet. There was some personal development, but not as much as I would expect after the seventh episode.
