Lisa asks Bobby if there is anybody missing from the bus. Bobby realizes that Antonio is not on the hospital's list. Lisa tells Sophia they might have someone still at the scene. She orders her to send Miranda to the accident in case Antonio needs a surgeon.

David examines another player named George. Sophia tells George his shoulder is dislocated and should be put under for them to reset it. After he becomes unconscious, they reset it, but sees that his vitals are off.

Ryan gets a instant message and learns there is a heart for Brandon. After Erin sees Ryan walking by her in the hallway, he admits they found a match for her husband.

Ryan meets with Andy and tells him about the heart. Andy learns the donor is unstable and is 200 miles away. Sophia tells him they can't let him go since they are busy. Andy tells Ryan to find another team to secure the heart and not let Erin know about it. Ryan confesses he told Erin. Andy gets angry that he was premature with the news.

Miranda arrives at the accident scene and discovers the police can't find Antonio. He suggests there is a mix up and he is already at the hospital, but she says Antonio might have wandered off because of a head injury.

Back at the hospital, Scott approaches Blair's dad and offers his condolences. His dad says he learned Blair will save eight lives and will have his name engraved in the hospital wall. He says he blames himself for putting him on the bus because of his criticisms after the game. Scott says Blair traded seats with him to protect him. He says Blair should have been the one who walked away. Blair's dad is proud of his son.

Erin asks Andy why he didn't talk to her. Andy admits he doesn't have a procurement team yet. Erin says she knows the heart is going to someone else if they can't get to it on time. Andy suggests she doesn't tell Brandon anything. Andy calls Ryan and asks for an update. Ryan says Andy's surgeon friend he suggested is going on vacation.

George tells David and Sophia his stomach is starting to hurt.

Miranda and the police officer search through the woods. They find Antonio unconscious by the river and take him back to the hospital.

Ryan tells Andy that his friend's flight to go on vacation has been canceled. He tells Ryan to have his friend call him. Later, Andy gets a webcam call from his friend Dr. Gonzo. Andy tells him he owes him and asks him to pick up the heart. Andy calls Ryan, commends him for his work. Ryan volunteers to pick up the organ at the airport.

David suspects George is critical because of the pressure in his bladder. They plan on relieving it to save his life.

Later, Antonio is brought to the hospital and patched up. As he is wheel chaired past Bobby, he gives him a high five. Ryan returns with the heart which Andy uses to implant into Brandon. After he unclamps, he tries to tap it to restart it again, but it doesn't work. After he uses the paddles, the heart starts to beat again.
