The office politics on this show are mildly amusing. I think Will does want to go after Sterns because he is on Diane's side. I also think he wanted to hire Ryan so he could keep an eye on him and Alicia's relationship. I think it was good that Alicia hung up on Ryan's message before he got the chance to tell her how he felt towards her. I really think Zach should just be honest with Alicia at this point. I don't understand how telling her that he was calling a sex line would be less upsetting than telling her about the doctored photos.
