The team watches as Diane meets with Will to go over the accounting. Cary and Bree worry that there are going to be cutbacks. Diane and Will discuss the junior associates. Will says to wait to let anyone go, but Diane says she is losing patience. Will walks out of the meeting and asks to speak with Alicia. The two go to his office and he shuts the door. He asks Alicia if she has meet Mr. Stern. Alicia says no. Will says Stern has a daughter named Anna who is a party girl. Will says Stern wants someone from the firm to co-counsel with Anna's lawyer. Alicia agrees to take the case. Will points out that taking the case will help her career.

Zach shows his friend the photos of his dad that were delivered to his house. Zach says he wants to find the girl in the picture so he can find out who took is responsible for the pictures. Zach's friend looks at adult sites to try to find a match.

Kalinda and Alicia meet with Anna and are surprised by that she is now Orthodox. Anna explains that she is being sued by a woman who tripped and fell in front of her house. Anna says the woman is suing for $1.2 million. Kalinda asks Anna if her dad can help. Anna's husband Isaac enters the room and says they don't want his help. Isaac tells Alicia and Kalinda that they already hired a lawyer. Alicia asks what happened. Isaac asks if they are Jewish. Alicia tells him that she is Mrs. Peter Florrick. Isaac says Peter was a great man and took their concerns to heart. Isaac takes them down the street and shows them the eruv wire lining the street. He says it fell and the woman tripped. Ryan Alprin, the Loeb's lawyer, walks up and Alicia says she wants to assist him with the case.

Ryan tells Alicia he has already done all the work for the case. He walks off and Alicia follows him. He tells her that since the Loeb's saw the wire was down, it was willful misconduct. Ryan says they didn't do anything because it was the Sabbath. Ryan takes off on his motorcycle as Alicia tells him they will win the case together.

Alicia watches the video deposition from Dawn Decato, the woman who tripped on the wire. She says she is in pain and is prevented from doing her normal daily activities. She says she had to go to the grocery store in the neighborhood because her daughter needed special gluten free products. Kalinda walks in and Alicia tells her Ryan won't answer her calls. Kalinda points out that there will likely be some anti-Semitism in the court.

Zach searches the web for the woman in the photo. His friend IM's him and shows him her website. Zach calls the number on the website and hears the woman ask for a credit card to speak with her.

Alicia finds Ryan and he says he got a continuance until Monday. He tells her to show up otherwise, they will have to accept a plea bargain. Alicia sits in his office and he tells her he liked Peter. Alicia points out that they have a client who admitted liability and a sympathetic victim. Alicia says they should attack the medical claims and reduce the punitive amount. Ryan says the First Amendment allows the Loeb's the right to exercise their religion. Alicia objects since it creates a loophole in liability law. Alicia says they need a First Amendment scholar to put on the stand. Ryan then asks how she can work at her firm. He shows her a lead poisoning case that he lost because of her firm. He says her firm buried them in paperwork until his client died. Alicia points out the pro-bono work she does for the firm. He tells her that Will was the chief litigator for the case.

Will asks Alicia about the case. He hands her a box with a gift from Sterns. Alicia tells him that they are going for a First Amendment defense.

Cary tells Alicia that he thinks their jobs are safe since they have more passion than the ones who have been there for a long time. Alicia asks Cary if he knows anything about the lead poisoning case and he says no. They watch as people are forced to pack up their desks and leave.

Alicia looks up Ryan on the internet. She asks Zach if he is working on homework. he says he's done, then sneaks into Alicia's purse and pulls out her credit card.

Kalinda meets with Ezra, the first responder who arrived at the scene. He says Dawn was on her back and was bleeding due to the glass items in her grocery bag. Kalinda notices a camera and he tells her the camera was inactive at the time. Kalinda notices several other cameras in the area. She asks Ezra to stand at the location where Dawn fell. She then goes into a store across the street and sees he is somehow out of all the pictures.

Ryan tells Judge Horace Dunn why he wants to argue a First Amendment violation. Dawn's attorney, Aaron Abbott, objects to Ryan's reference. The judge points out it was his case and he lost. He then agrees to let the jury hear the case.
