I don't know why Sarah thought Alicia would be sympathetic to her having an affair. I'm sure Alicia wouldn't want to side with someone who was cheating on their spouse. It was pretty ironic that Peter warned Alicia about Will. He does seem like a nice guy, but I don't see Alicia having a relationship with him. I think they casted the new assistant well and look forward to seeing her fit in with the team. I feel bad for Diane for finding out her boyfriend was not faithful. I think Kalinda's phrasing was pretty amusing.
