Alicia and Will search through Eldredge's time cards. Will notices that Sarah Conley leaves within a few minutes of Eldredge everytime. They notice that they were always the last two to leave the building at night. Will points out that there is a hotel across the street from their building and suggests Sarah and Eldredge were having an affair.

Alicia meets with Sarah and asks about the affair. Alicia says she only wants to know what Eldredge told her about the accident. Sarah says Eldredge was upset and knew there was a problem with the equipment. Sarah says she can't testify because she won't be able to talk about the accident if she brings up her affair. Sarah asks Alicia not to do to her what somebody did to Alicia.

Kalinda asks around to find out if Malcolm is dating anyone. She is then introduced to Malcolm and he gives her his card for her to call him later. Kalinda goes to Diane and says Malcolm is non-exclusive. Diane asks if she is sure and Kalinda says yes. Kalinda tells Diane that the firm can do better. Diane thanks Kalinda and says they will meet tomorrow to renegotiate her contract.

Linda brings Alicia the pills in her medicine cabinet. Alicia finds a prescription for pseudoephedrine.

Alicia talks to Grace about her trip to prison. She says she's mad at him, but he is still her dad. Alicia tells Grace that she might have to expose an affair. Grace asks if there is another way and Alicia says no. Grace says it is her job.

The lawyers meet with Judge Parks and Will asks for more time. Alicia calls Sarah to the stand. Alicia asks about the conversation she and Eldredge had the night of the accident. Sarah admits she was in a hotel room with Eldredge that night. After the deposition, Alicia finds Sarah crying.

Will, Alicia and Patricia discuss a final offer for the widows. Alicia says the widows want an apology in addition to the monetary settlement and Patricia agrees. Alicia gives the news to the widows. Cary then pulls her aside and introduces her to Courtney, who he says would make a great assistant.

Alicia meets with Peter in prison. She apologizes for missing his birthday. They talk about how fast Zack has been growing. Peter points out that Alicia is putting in a lot of hours with Will. Peter tells Alicia Will is not the good guy he seems to be. Peter tells Alicia he loves her and reminisces about how they met. He asks her not to give up on him.
