Margaret tells Pete that Neil woke up screaming. Pete explain that Neil is going through hand foot syndrome, one of the expected side effects. Pete informs Fife that Neil is going through pain. Fife says they should go off protocol. Fife decides to talk to Neil himself.

Sam finds Addison search through Charlotte's records looking for Evan's location. Addison admits she is upset since her father is in town. She is able to find an address in Charlotte's internet browser history. She says she is fine being the bad guy, then calls the police. Meanwhile, Charlotte gives Evan antibiotics. The police arrive to take Evan in custody.

Outside of jail, Cooper asks Charlotte how she got him out. She informs him that she suspects the police found Evan and her with the help of Addison.

Fife and Pete tell Neil that they have to stop the treatment because it is not working. Margaret says she is angry. She wishes Neil had more time so they can be a family. Fife suggests they deliver the baby now.

Violet goes to Dell's house and sees Heather. Heather states that Dell and Betsey are out. She confesses that Dell told her about their intervention. She says part of their program is that they keep no secrets. She says the most important thing is that they are all happy. Violet admits she is worried about them. Heather confesses that she doesn't spend a day without using. She says she wants to make her family work.

Cooper angrily tells Addison he made a choice not to give up Evan. He tells her she put Evan in the hands of an abusive father. Addison says she would make the same choice again.

Fife and Pete asks Addison to deliver Margaret's baby. She says since Margaret has six more weeks, she won't operate. Pete tells Addison that he knows it is the wrong choice, but when Violet's baby was taken, he knows he would have done anything to see him.

Cooper learns that Evan was hurt. Lynn tells Cooper that she knows she screwed up, but she is not letting him touch him. Sam asks to see her son. Evan asks if they are going to let his dad out of jail. Sam examines Evan's arm and sees it needs stitches.
