Pete, Naomi and Violet wonder if they should intervene with Dell. Noami tells Pete that Fife worries her.

After Cooper returns to the clinic, they move to intervene with Dell. Before they can say anything, a police officer arrives and tells Cooper he has a warrant for his arrest.

The detectives tell Cooper that Lynn got a pay phone call from Evan. He asks him to tell them where Evan is so he can let him go. Cooper asks to speak to his lawyer.

The police raid and obtain evidence from Cooper's office. Sam says Cooper knew that Evan was kidnapped. Violet explains Cooper did his job by providing medical attention.

Pete assists Fife during his surgery on Neil. Fife says he knows he will always take Naomi's side.

Cooper tells Charlotte that Evan might have a kidney infection. Charlotte advises him to give Evan up. Cooper says he is afraid Evan will get abused by his step father. He asks her to pick up some drugs for Evan.

Naomi and Violet tells Dell that he is going through a pattern with Heather. They warn him he will get hurt again. Dell doubts he will get good relationship advice from them. He says he appreciates their help, but he now needs to go home to his wife.

Addison waits for her father at a restaurant. A waiter brings them drinks which Addison downs. She asks him if he has a mistress in L.A. She scolds him for all the women he had an affair with. After she asks him if her mom knows he is there, he says she thinks he is in France.

When Cooper is brought in for his bail hearing, they see he was beat up in prison. The judge says he is willing to grant immunity if he is willing to tell them where Evan is. Cooper declines to talk. The judge denies the motion for bail and orders the bailiff to return Cooper to prison.

Addison sees that Charlotte is crying. Addison sees that Charlotte is hiding something. Charlotte admits Cooper wants her to do something. Addison tells her she can't do anything.
