This was probably the best episode of the season. It had the same feel as the shows from the second. It was very emotional and presented many ethical questions that the doctors faced.

I think it is funny that Pete and Charlotte are practically switching their work environments. I am not sure how Cooper is going to take having to deal with his girlfriend. I suspect the stress and clashes in the work environment will tear them apart. The relationships are almost incestuous and hopefully they introduce a new female love interest.
