Sam says one of Elliot's aneurysms has ruptured. He says they can put in a stent or perform bypass surgery. Danielle asks what they suggest. Sam says he wants to perform the bypass surgery himself. Sam assures Addison he can do it.

Ty thanks Violet. He explains that Collette has scheduled an abortion.

Dell tries to hands Lucas to Violet since he has a patient who is about to give birth. Sheldon decides to take Lucas instead.

Danielle's mom tells Addison she is going to petition to take custody of Elliot. Addison tells her she is an ass since Danielle is now a mother too. She explains even though she means well, she will end up hurting other people. The mom says she has to think for Danielle not about her.

Dell tells Kimmie she is not in labor, but she insists she ready. She tells him she is not leaving until she delivers. Dell says she can't force it. Dell tells Kimmi that she can't read in a book to find out when she is really ready. He yells she is not her only priority and orders her to go home.

Addison wishes Sam good luck as he scrubs in. She tells him not to waiver on his decision to become a surgeon and just operate.

Pete thanks Sheldon for watching Lucas. Sheldon believes Violet doesn't like to look at Lucas. He asks Naomi to hire Pete and bring him down to her clinic. Sheldon says their practice needs more personality.

Dell meets with Violet and confesses her he yelled at a patient. He explains he has a lot to deal with. Violet admits she convinced a woman to have an abortion. Dell tells her at least she wants to be there. Violet asks him to be patient and wait.

Danielle steals supplies from the hospital and finds Cooper outside the closet. She begs him not to tell since it will get her through the week. Cooper says she has to what's best for Elliot, even if it means she has to ask for help. Danielle says Elliot wanted cheese puffs, but couldn't get it for him since she had to pay for bus fare.

Sam tells Addison he is having trouble connecting Elliot's arteries. Addison asks if she can call for help. Sam tells her she is a guest in his OR and should shut up.

After the surgery, Danielle thanks Sam for saving Elliot's life. Addison tells Danielle's mom that Elliot is going to be okay. Danielle asks her mom if she would like to see Elliot.

Violet calls Ty and Collette in for another meeting. She says she is there to help them decide, not to impose her own views. She says she crossed the line and started talking about herself. Ty says what Violet was good since they are now moving forward. Violet asks them to step back and make sure they are doing the right thing. Collette says she is scared. Violet says she knows at first Collette felt joy and hope. Ty admits he hates he wasn't able to protect her. He asks her what she wants to do.

Kimmie barges in Dell's office and tells him she knows she is ready. She tells him he is supposed to be her support. Dell says she is right and he should be patient. Kimmie says she just peed herself, but Dell informs her water just broke and it is time to deliver.

Cooper admits to Charlotte he is broke. He says he needs $50,000 to buy out Naomi's shares in the practice. He admits he acts like a 12 year old boy and never plans for the future. He asks her to stop renovating.

While Sam and Addison celebrate the successful surgery, Charlotte arrives. She gives them a check to pay for Cooper's share and informs them she would like to be a partner in their practice.

Pete tells Violet he is going to work with Naomi. He says he is sorry it is hard for her.

At her apartment, Violet tries to clean up the stain. She tells Cooper she is upset she can't get it out. She grabs the sledge hammer and starts to smash the wood floor. Cooper tells her it will get better.
