Alex calls Julian and says they desperately need to work on the script. Julian tells her he has plans with Brooke and assures her the script is perfect. He tells Alex to live her life and hangs up. She looks down at a plate of drugs.

Miranda sees the large crowd waiting to hear Haley. She asks Haley if she is nervous and Haley says no. Miranda points out that she is going to have to explain to the record label why her new song is on YouTube.

Julian meets with Brooke at the concert, but gets a call from Alex and has to take it. Alex tells Julian that she found some cocaine and has been thinking about taking it. Julian tells her not to do anything and he will be right there.

Clayton tells Nate he has been hearing some good things about his contract. Clayton asks Chase for one of his famous drinks. Chase introduces them to Grubs, the new bartender. Clayton and Nate toast to the new season. Quinn joins them and is impressed by Grub's ability to know what she wants to drink.

Haley takes the stage and performs her new song. Brooke gets a message and finds out Julian is going to Alex's hotel room. Julian says he is afraid Alex might relapse. Brooke points out that Alex is an actress.

Millie finds Marvin in the crowd and calls him Mouth. He asks why she is calling him Mouth. Brooke sees Millie is wearing her design a year too early. Brooke tells Millie to change immediately. Millie tells Marvin that it's no big deal since there isn't anyone important there. Marvin tells her he found her pills and says he is worried. Millie says they are just diet pills and is under a lot of pressure to fit in.

Julian arrives at Alex's hotel room and she hugs him. Alex apologizes to Julian. He asks about her sponsor from rehab, but she says rehab was just a publicity stunt. Julian tells her he will take the drugs, but she says she will just get more. Alex says she wants it so bad. Julian consoles her and tells her she is bright, funny, and doesn't need drugs.

Miranda tells Haley her concert was actually a great idea. Nate gives Haley flowers and tells her she was great. Haley says she is happy they have everything they wanted. Nate then points her in Dan's direction and she wonders why he isn't dead yet.
