Having finally professed her love for Julian (Austin Nichols), Brooke (Sophia Bush) tries to reconcile her desire for a stable home life with the uncertainty of dating a film producer. Meanwhile, as his NBA career flourishes, Nathan (James Lafferty) navigates the pitfalls of being in the spotlight, with the help of his charismatic sports agent and friend, Clay (Robert Buckley). Equally busy recording for Red Bedroom Records, Haley's (Bethany Joy Galeotti) attempt to juggle motherhood, a career, and a famous husband are complicated when her free-spirited sister Quinn (Shantel VanSanten) returns with a surprising revelation. Jamie (Jackson Brundage) remains the brightest spot in Nathan and Haley's lives as they refuse to let him get lost in the shadows of their successful careers. Millie's (Lisa Goldstein) relationship with Mouth (Lee Norris) is challenged when she forms a friendship with the new face of Clothes Over Bros, starlet and train-wreck, Alex (Jana Kramer). Skills (Antwon Tanner) must choose between a settled life with Lauren (Allison Munn) and his desire for a new and exciting career. Finally, with the knowledge that his weakening heart could fail at any moment, Dan Scott (Paul Johansson) struggles to find forgiveness in what little time he has left on the earth.

Season 6
Lucas propses to Peyton. Brooke's mom plots to take over her company while Carrie brings Dan home against his will.
Carrie keeps Dan captive in her house. Nate dreams to make it big in basketball. Jamie catches Skills and Deb making out.
The town reacts to Q's murder while Nathan and Haley comfort Jamie and his friends. Dan gets a chance to break free from Carrie.
Haley looks for Dan unware he was kidnapped by Carrie. Peyton meets with a musician named Mick Wolf. Nate confronts Skill's romance with his mom.
Peyton suspects that Mick is her father. Nate is asked to give up playing and coach instead. Lucas and Peyton set their wedding date.
Lucas starts his book tour, Peyton gets to know her dad, Dan gets a job offer, and Brooke makes a major decision.
Lucas and Peyton fight, Brooke has problems with Sam, Jamie faces a bully, and Haley contemplates singing again.
Nathan plays in his first slam ball game, Millie learns about Marvin's new intern, Lucas is offered a business proposition, Brooke's store is vandalized, and Peyton meets with someone from her past.
Lucas is nearly done writing the screenplay for the Ravens, but has trouble completing one final scene, Brooke tries to figure out her relationship with Samantha and Owen, Nathan makes a decision about his career, and Jamie learns a new skill from Sam.
Peyton keeps her promise to Derek and puts on a USO show. Haley is set to perform, but has stage fright, Sam helps Peyton backstage to repay her for ruining Peyton's wedding dress, and Julian hangs out backstage to talk to Peyton and Lucas about the movie. Also, Millie confronts Gigi, Nate talks to Quentin, and Brook gets some good news.
Lucas has a dream that brings the One Tree Hill gang back in time to the 1930s.
Sam tells Brooke a secret, Nathan goes to a basketball tryout, Lucas meets with a producer in Los Angeles, and Peyton gets some news from her doctor. James Van Der Beek guest stars.
Brooke enlists the help of Peyton and Julian to look for Sam, Nate gets news about his future, and Lucas finds out a secret about Julian.
Lucas and Peyton babysit Jamie and Andre, Brooke has her first meeting with Julian, and Marvin and Millie try to work things out.
Julian and Lucas need to pick a director for the movie and Brooke has to decide what to do about Julian.
Lucas begins casting actors for the movie.
Haley and Nate celebrate their anniversary, Millie and Marvin talk, Julian tells Brooke he loves her, Deb and Dan fight, and Lucas and Peyton get some bad news.
Lucas gets some bad news, Haley has to make a decision about her future, and Brooke has to say goodbye to Julian.
Nate takes Lucas out with Jamie for the day, Skills tries to mends Marvin's broken heart, Sam and Jack get beck at the principal, and Julian makes a proposal to Brooke.
Peyton is in a car accident, Victoria asks Brooke for help, and Jamie checks out a new school.
Nate gets a job offer, Brooke confronts Victoria, and Sam meets her birth mother.
Nate gets ready to impress an NBA scout. Lucas and Jamie get closer while working on the Comet, while Brooke and Haley set up a baby shower for Peyton.
Nate waits to hear the news from the NBA. Peyton and Lucas finally have their wedding day in which Brooke takes Nick Lachey to the ceremony in hopes she will make Julian jealous.
Peyton is rushed to the hopsital just before she is about to go into labor. Nate gets recruited to join the NBA. Dan meets with an old friend while he contemplates suicide.
Season 7
It's Jamie's birthday and the gang all celebrates. Julian and Brooke cope with their long distance relationship, Haley's sister makes a surprise visit, and Nate is confronted by someone from his past.
Julian's dad confronts Julian about his relationship with Brooke, Haley confronts the record label's new owner, and Clayton confronts the woman who claims she slept with Nate.
Haley and Nate discuss what to do about the pregnant woman, Quinn and Brooke work together, Alex meets Julian, and Skills and Marvin come to an understanding.
Brooke puts on a fashion show for her new line while news of Nate's affair hits the press.
Nate holds a press conference, Millie sees the reviews from the fashion show, Alex tries to work with Julian, and David faces the truth about Quinn.
Haley considers paying Renee to retract her story, Millie has doubts about her new job, and Marvin returns to the air.
Dan interviews Renee on his show in order to get to the truth behind her allegations.
Dan and Clayton struggle with ghosts while the guys go on a camping trip and the ladies stay home and relax.
Haley decides to throw a surprise concert, Dan decides to make a surprise visit, and Marvin and Alex both make a surprise discovery.
Nate fires Clay, Marvin and Alex find out Millie's secret, and Brooke makes a confession to Julian.
Julian confides in Alex, Millie refuses to admit she has a problem, Skills applies for a job in LA, and Clay calls it quits.
Clay works to sign Nate in the NBA. Julian takes Alex to the hospital. Dan admits there is no forgiveness for what he has done.
Taylor and David invite everyone over for dinner so they can rub their relationship in everyone's faces. Julian rushes to the aid of Alex. Victoria announces that Millie will work for them again. Marvin and Lauren clean house.
Haley and Quinn throw a fundraiser dance at the high school with an 80s theme.
Haley, Quinn and Taylor's mom comes to town with some news and filming continues on Julian and Alex's movie.
The family comes to grips to Lydia's illness. Miranda goes out of her way to convince Grubbs to sign a record deal. Alex helps Julian move on.
