This was a pretty good Halloween episode. I wished there was more of a horror or costume theme, but I appreciate the homage to Devil's Night and the pranks. I am glad that Ziva is now a NCIS agent instead of a liason. I hope they don't kill her off like they did with her predecessors. Her attitude and abilities as a killing machine makes her character one of a kind.
