The team processes the scene. Tony says that they identified one of the men as Staff Sergeant Ross. He says that the stripper found the body and is in the next room with her manager Hector. He says that he makes his own cologne and sprays it in the air, which causes McGee to sneeze. Hector tells the team that this is the first time he was hired by Ross. Scorpio, the stripper, says that she was given a key. She says that she was sure that the man who hired her had hair when she first met them. The team sees that all of the victims had their head shaved post mortem.

The team learns that the bachelor party was being thrown for a man named Alan Sandich. The other victim is named Eric Jurel. They discover that the men knew each other for a long time. McGee, who is still troubled by the sidekick comment, orders Tony to follow him. Tony says that McGee is the sidekick and that everyone knows that sidekicks are shorter than the hero. He then realizes that he is the same height as McGee. They argue about who is more handsome as Ziva walks in the office. Vance asks her to meet him in his office. Vance asks Ziva if she discussed her decision to rejoin NCIS with her father. He explains that since she is their liason to the Mossad, she must be in the Mossad first. Ziva admits she hasn't spoken to her father yet. Vance instructs her to pass a psych exam first before she can join.

McGee and Tony meet with a man who works at Jurel's auction company. The man says that all the employees are happy that Jurel is dead. The notice a female employee crying. Elena, the woman, says that she was not romantically involved with Jurel, but there was a spark. She says that a lot of people misunderstood Jurel. Elena states that she overhead Jurel say someone was following him.

Ducky tells Gibbs that all of the victims were drugged. He says that Ross died from alcohol poisoning which was probably forced into his system. They find a gun shot wound on Ross's arm that was reported as an injury that received at work while he was stationed in South Korea.
