Veronica tells Harris she wants to go to oncology because she wants a change of scenery. She offers to fix his windshield and detail his car if he agrees. Harris brings Veronica to a cancer patient named Lucy who has two kids that are pretending they are in a space ship. The kids tells Veronica to take good care of their mom. Lucy says that she feels like her body is dying, but Harris says that means the chemotherapy is working. Harris tells her that Veronica will make sure she is fine.

Chris and Sonia visit an elderly woman named Estelle who is there with her husband Joey. Joey asks when will be the next time he can make love to his wife. After Chris informs him four to six weeks, Joey explains that they are going to have an anniversary soon.

Chloe tells Sonia that her ex-boyfriend Carl is coming to town and wants to hook up with her. She says that she will bring him to Veronica's later. Valentino arrives and tells Sonia that he can't see her later since he has work to take care of. Sonia tries to give him a kiss, but he says he can't do it because it is against the rules.

Sonia and Veronica talk about Chris giving her a kiss. Veronica says he wants to be with Mike since they are getting along so well. Sonia suggests she tell Mike the truth and come clean. Mike arrives and tells Veronica that he needs syringes for his cooking. He tells Veronica that she forgot her insurance card, then puts it in her wallet. He says good bye then leaves. After Sonia tells Veronica that Mike treats her well, Veronica realizes she has to tell him the truth.
