At work, a man serves Joe with a subpoena. Later at home, Joe plays Bridgette and Allison the video of Lloyd freaking out when he tried to spray bees. Bridgette says she had a vision in which Lloyd was thankful for the videos being on the internet. Joe informs her that Lloyd is going to sue them for defamation of character. Joe says the bigger thing is she went against his wishes. Ariel tells Allison she needs to talk. Later in bed, Allison tells Joe that Ariel told her someone lied to her. Joe says his lawyer suggested to settle with Lloyd. Allison gets a call from Lee. He says they used her tip and found a gun that matches the one used to kill Earl at Casey's house. He informs her they have Casey at the station now. Allison tells Joe that she will tell Ariel in the morning.

Allison has a vision of Nancy meeting with Angelo when she was pregnant. She tells Angelo to stay away from her. Angelo says they both know the baby inside her doesn't belong to her husband. Nancy says she is not going to ruin her nice life with her husband. She tries to leave, but he grabs her and asks what she is going to name him. She tells him it is going to be named Kyle. After Nancy gets in her car, she tells Earl, who is in the backseat, to take care of Angelo.

Allison meets with Nancy at the station and tells her they know that Casey is innocent. Allison says she knows the killer hired Earl to kill Angelo. Allison admits she checked in her bank records and saw withdrawals that matched Angelo's deposits. Allison informs her that Casey said the gun is a family weapon. Since the gun doesn't belong to her husband, she suspects the gun belongs to Nancy's. Nancy says it is strange that no one arrested her. Allison says she can't believe she is letting her son take the blame. Nancy explains that Casey is a disturbed boy. She says there are no options in this situation. Allison says Casey is getting a DNA test which will show he is not her husband's son. She offers to destroy the evidence in exchange for her admission of guilt. Nancy asks her if she can come up with a different motive. Allison promises to keep her secret.

Outside the courtroom, Lloyd shakes Joe's hand. Joe apologizes for what Bridgette did. Lloyd says he doesn't think they will need attorneys. He explains that his old flame Anna was finally able to reconnect with him after she saw him in the video. Lloyd says his attorney thinks he is crazy, but since they are neighbors, he doesn't want to sue.

At night, Allison tells Joe Ariel is amazing. She says Ariel wants to see Casey again even though he lied to her. Allison says Casey took the gun, went up to Earl's window, but didn't do anything. Allison admits that Casey is a good kid.

Allison has a dream about Angelo's ghost hovering over Casey after he was born. He tells him that even though he is dead, he still wants to be a dad. He says he is going to see him every night until he is unable to see him anymore. Even though Nancy named him Kyle, he is going to call him by his grandfather's name which is Angelo.
