Munch and Fin go to the Death Knights' club house and ask if they are concerned that one of their members was killed. One member says they will take care of who killed Clyde themselves. They ask them where Clyde lived, but don't get an answer. Outside, they ask a man for his license after he parks on the sidewalk. After, they learn he goes by the name T-Bone and has the wrong license to operate a motorcycle, Fin and Munch bring him to the station. They see a video posted online which shows the gang take advantage of drunk woman named Starla. T-Bone explains since Clyde was in jail for the past five years, he took a liking to Starla and made her his. Cragen asks T-Bone where Starla lives.

Elliot goes to Starla's apartment, tries to kick it down, but it doesn't budge. Elliot meets Starla in the hallway just before she tries to run. Elliot knocks her down and causes her drop several papers. Elliot says he saw the video of her. Starla says she now works at the city clerk's office. Elliot notices Starla has stolen blank birth certificates from the office. She explains she only did what Clyde told her. Elliot sees she has a Death Knight tattoo on her back. Starla admits she got in the club by having sex with all of the members. Elliot asks if she met Olivia, but she doesn't know her. After she asks where Clyde's motorcycle is, he says it wasn't at the scene. Starla says she misses the bike.
