Olivia and Elliot enter the ASP building while Martin tells the other adolescents that although AJ is dead, they should use the experience to make them stronger. Elliot announces himself to Martin who concludes the meeting. The adolescents tell Martin they love him while they get up to leave. Elliot shows Martin the photo which shows him getting close to AJ. Martin explains the photo is a fake. He says a jealous competitor is trying to ruin his institution. Olivia asks Martin where he was when AJ died and he says he was there. He says he has surveillance camera video that proves his alibi. Elliot asks to see the videos, but Martin says it will go against his teachings of respecting his patient's boundaries. They ask him why AJ checked in the hotel using his last name and he says he has no idea.

The detectives tell Alex about the case. Alex explains that they should have taken the tapes since there is no reasonable expectation of privacy with them. Alex tells them they now need a warrant. They obtain the video and see that Martin was at the ASP center. Fin loads up Martin's website which shows him receiving a check and praises from the parents of kids he helped. Fin reads ASP's mission statement that they fight unwanted thoughts by embracing them. Cragen tells the team that the deputy mayor has a daughter who is being cared for at Martin's facility. He warns them to use discretion. Morales informs the team that the photo that Greg received was photoshopped where Martin's face was superimposed on the man who was close to AJ. Fin and Morales say that since the facility is considered non-residential, they can get his license revoked by bringing up that there were youths there past 10:00pm.

Later, Greg tells the detectives that after AJ didn't respond to the initial treatments at ASP, Martin suggested she stay later. Greg says that AJ had tantrums and they were willing to do anything to help her. Olivia gets a call and asked to meet Warner.

Munch learns that AJ's credit card was used at a liquor store. Warner reports the blood in AJ's mouth had drugs that are used to treat hepatitis C. At the liquor store, Fin chases after a man who realizes he is going to get caught with the credit card. Back at the lab, the detectives discover a young man hovering over AJ's body. Olivia and Elliot are able to corner the man. Back on the street, Fin apprehends his suspect.

The detectives learn the man in the lab is a sixteen year old drug user named Enzo Cook. Cragen says Fin's suspect is a laid off accountant named Ramsey. Ramsey says he found AJ's wallet on the street. He says he wants to talk to a lawyer. He gets up then collapses. Fin screams he needs an ambulance.

Later, the doctors tell Fin and Munch that Ramsey suffered shock from having his penis bit. She says the victim must have suffered from cadaveric spasms at the time of her death. Fin and Munch visit Ramsey and tell him that he is lucky that he still has his manhood. They tell him that they found his blood in AJ's blood they suspect matches him. Ramsey admits that he is addicted to sex which resulted in him contracting hepatitis C. He explains that AJ got a room after he answered her ad on Craigslist. He says he got overexcited and killed her. He apologizes for what he did.

Olivia reads Elliot AJ's ad which asked for a daddy. They wonder why AJ wanted to hook up with pervy guys on Craigslist.

The detectives talk to Enzo. He says he fell in love with AJ at first sight at ASP. He says Martin doesn't allow relationships between members so AJ didn't want a relationship with him. Enzo admits he photoshopped AJ and Martin together. He explains he wanted Martin to stop raping AJ. Enzo says he watched Martin have sex with AJ while he told her to conquer her fears. He blames himself for not stopping Martin. Enzo informs them that AJ said she had an appointment, so he followed her to the hotel. He says even though he hates Martin, he still goes to the meetings. Elliot convinces Enzo to testify against Martin.

Huang tells Cragen that Enzo will only be able to testify if he gets off drugs. Cragen asks about Martin's treatment and Huang says he is a narcissist who gets off on the kids who he treats and the parents who depend on him. Huang explains to the detectives that Martin convinced AJ that she had repressed memories that she was molested as a child by performing sex therapy posing as her surrogate father. Huang explains that Martin gets more control by forcing his patients to humiliate themselves. Huang suggests they shut down ASP before more bodies pile up.

Elliot, Olivia and Huang arrive at ASP during a parent-patient meeting and arrest Martin for violating his license. The deputy mayor Fordyce asks why they are arresting Martin and Olivia explains that he broke the law.

At the station, Cragen informs Olivia that Fordyce held a press conference and blasted them for targeting Martin. Olivia says if he sent AJ to the hotel, he is an accessory to murder. Cragen tells him to prove it. Martin sees Enzo at the station and wonders what he is doing there. Elliot says he is going to help them charge Martin with child endangerment, statutory rape and sodomy. Martin says Enzo gets high and is a screw up. Martin tells the detectives that every kid goes to his center come from homes that compel them to use deception in order to survive.

Huang meets with Enzo and finds he is shivering from withdrawal. Enzo asks where Martin is which makes Huang wonder if Martin is supplying him. Enzo begs Huang for drugs, but he tells him they will do what is best for him which is shut down Martin.

Alex learns the detectives want her to charge Martin for accessory to murder and rape. Elliot is disgusted at how devoted his followers are. Alex says Martin seems squeaky clean. Elliot says they have an eye witness to statutory rape. They see that Enzo is not in the interrogation room. They find him puking in the bathroom accompanied by Huang. Enzo is brought to the hospital.

Huang tells the detectives they should send Enzo to rehab. Huang says Martin is having terrible pains from withdrawal. He suggests they try to administer an alternative to methadone called Ibogaine hydrochloride which he explains is illegal in the U.S. since drug companies don't want to produce it due to the patent running out. Martin walks in the hospital and informs the detectives that he is Enzo's legal guardian and is going to take him back to ASP. Martin assures Huang that Enzo will get the help he needs.

Olivia suspects that Martin is going to keep Enzo high in order to keep him from talking. Later, Huang watches as Martin says goodbye to a young patient. Huang enters ASP and asks for Enzo but a girl tells him he left so he can conquer his fears. Huang tells the girl to be careful, but the girl tells him he has a dirty mind. Huang returns to the station and digs around for a list of Martin's properties. He runs into Olivia and tells her he is there to pick up some papers. Olivia goes to her desk and realizes Huang was searching through it.

Huang finds Enzo at an apartment and brings him to his car. Olivia meets him and tells him what he is doing is illegal. Huang says he has a moral obligation to treat Enzo. Olivia warns he might lose his license.

Huang takes Enzo to a Ibogaine clinic. The doctor tells Enzo that after he takes a caplet of Ibogaine he is going to have waking dreams, but he will be fine. The doctor says he tried the drug and became clean ever since. Enzo tells Huang he is scared just before taking the drug. The doctor tells Huang that the drug will make Enzo lose his cravings in which he will be able to testify.

Later at ASP, Enzo begs Martin to let him back. Martin tells him he broke his promise, but welcomes him back. Martin gives him heroin and tells him it will make him better. Olivia, Elliot and the police arrive and tell Martin he is under arrest for possession and distributing drugs. Martin tells Enzo that he is going to use again since he is a loser. Enzo says he is clean now and tells him to rot in jail. Martin tells Huang he is going to report him, but Huang admits he reported himself and has been suspended for thirty days. He says it was worth it.
