The team learns the truck was rented by a man named Carlos Martinez. The owner of the truck says Carlos left a Mercedes Benz as collateral. Elliot examines the GPS and finds the last address that Carlos looked up.

The detectives go to a house which is in a bad part of the neighborhood. They see a kid leave the house carrying some electronics. The kid states the owners of the house moved out last night. After Elliot shows him the picture of the victims, the kid recognizes them as the former tenants. Olivia calls Elliot to the back. She finds a trashcan full of drug paraphernalia that was set on fire, but was put out by the rain. Inside, she finds the woman's driver's license which says her name is Ramona Rodriguez.

The detectives go to Ramona's house and tell her roommate Terri she was murdered. Terri says she didn't know Ramona very well and she paid her half of the rent in cash. Olivia and Elliot enter Ramona's room and discover her passport showing she traveled often. Elliot notices a teddy bear on Ramona's bed and wonders if it was used to hide drugs. They suspect Ramona was a mule who transported drugs using her breast implants or the teddy bear. Terri enters the room and says there is someone trying to enter her apartment. The detectives draw their guns and see Agent Porter from the FBI enter the apartment.

Outside, Porter tells the detectives the teddy bear was used to move drugs. He says he doesn't know who Ramona was, but Carlos was going to make the top ten most wanted list.

The team returns to the station. Porter shows the detectives a video of Carlos at a party with Ramona. He explains Porter was a hitman with a Mexican drug cartel group called the Las Zetas. Porter says Carlos was assigned to watch Ramona while she transported drugs. Porter suspects a rival cartel caught Ramona and Carlos having sex, killed them, took the breast implants and the truck full of drugs. Elliot is skeptical, but Porter says the killers followed the coyote tradition of hanging the underwear of the women they raped. Porter says the killers staged the scene as a rape, but actually robbed them.

Olivia meets with Porter while he waits at the elevator. He tells her it has been awhile and she has his number if she wants to call him.
