At the loading area of a private school, a mom's car gets hit from behind as she waits to pick her son Patrick. A woman named Eva approaches the driver, punches her and starts to choke her. Eva says that she is angry that the driver told everyone her son is a pervert. Later, Olivia and Elliot arrive at the scene. The woman insists that her son is fine. The boy kicks Elliot in the groin. Olivia tells everyone they are going downtown.

At the station, Patrick says he swears nothing happened. The mother says she caught Patrick and Eva's son wrestling naked when Cory spent a night. Olivia asks Patrick if Cory touched him.

In the other room, Cory admits it was his idea to take off his clothes. He says he thinks it is funner that way. Cory admits he played like that with a kid in camp last summer. Kragen asks Huang what his take is. He says Cory is engaging in mastery play where he is trying to make sense of the abuse he experienced. Huang says he would like to interview Cory alone. Kragen tells Eva they are not going to charge Cory with anything, but might charge her with assault. Kragen explains that Eva needs to write an apology letter while they take Cory to the doctor. At the hospital, Huang asks Cory where he got his bruise on his arm. Cory says he got hurt during wrestling, but was massaged by Coach Simons. He says Simons also massaged his groin when he pulled it. He explains after every wrestling meet, Simons brought the students to his apartment and gave some wrestlers personal rubdowns in his bedroom.

Elliot arrests Simons at the school and brings him to the station. Olivia reports that Simons real name is Tony Acardo and he has a record of forced rape of a minor. Olivia says Cory was found with Chlamydia and anal fissures. They meet with Tony and tell him they know about his record. He says they have him confused with someone else. He finally admits he changed his life and name. Elliot tells him they will see if he is infected, but Tony says he is clean. Tony says he wants his lawyer. Elliot grabs Tony's neck and pins him against the wall. Tony swears he hasn't touched a boy since 1998.

Later, Olivia and Elliot go to Eva's house. They tell Eva and Cory's step father Thomas that Cory has been sexually abused and it might be ongoing. They bring Cory to the living room. Cory says he told the doctor he wasn't abused, then runs into his room. He tells Elliot that it wasn't Simons who touched him. He says he can't tell. Thomas and Eva run in the room and ask Cory if he was molested. Cory says nobody touched him. Elliot says he has proof. Thomas tells the detectives to leave. Elliot suspects Thomas and says he is going to park himself across the street for the next few nights. Before he leaves, Elliot tells Cory where is going to be.

The next day, Olivia brings coffee to Elliot. She says Tony wasn't found with molesting, but will be put in jail for failing to register as a sex offender. Elliot says he almost had Cory tell him the truth. Olivia says before Eva met Thomas, she was homeless. She informs him that Thomas worked at the homeless shelter.
