Law and Order has been very obviously political this season. This episode was a little over the top with the issue. I think everyone could agree that murder is bad and that should have been the focus of the case. On the other hand, when it was discovered that Benning committed a crime, that too should have been reported instead of debating how it affected their case. I think Connie should move over to the whit collar crime team. Although I prefer her to Michael, I think it could help the show to introduce some new blood.
