Wilson tells Cuddy he thinks House is stalking his former co-workers. He asks her why she is seeing Lucas. Cuddy explains she is living her life for herself. At home, Cuddy tells Lucas she feels like crap. Lucas says since their relationship is going to be about House or them, he wants it to be about them. Lucas figures either Cuddy wanted a long relationship or didn't want to date him very long. Cuddy apologizes for putting him through the situation. Lucas says he feels flattered since she was able to open up to him.

Chase asks Cameron why she forgave him. She explains she realized he felt shame and guilt. Hank says his stomach hurts. Cameron determines his liver is failing.

The team figures Hank doesn't have Meningococcemia. After going through the symptoms, House orders the team to prep Hank for Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography to open up his bile channels and to look for a liver donor. House asks Chase what Cameron said was her reason she forgave him. Chase says Cameron says it is because he felt guilty. House figures that Cameron blames him for Dibala's murder instead of Chase. Chase says he was barely there during his case. House says he figures he is still working there just to prove he isn't Cameron's personal sock puppet.

Thirteen finds House at her gym. He tells her about the case. He figures that she is performing exercises for her core muscles in order to fight off her Huntington's disease. He says she can come back and screw with Foreman. Thirteen figures that House is not out right offering her a job since he can't handle rejection.

Cameron informs Hank and his wife that he is going to need a new liver because of his sclerosing cholangitis. She says the transplant committee is less willing to give out an organ to a person from his profession. Hank figures that Cameron wants him to change jobs and says he doesn't want to live his life afraid. Hank's wife tells him the way he is living will end up killing him.

While they examine Hank, Foreman advises Chase not to listen to House. When they reach Hank's liver with a probe, they discover it is completely filled with worms.

Later, Chase informs Hank he has threadworms which he most likely contracted through sexual activity. He says the treatment is to take two pills. Chase informs him is his liver will be fine. Chase finds Lucas in the doctor's lounge. Lucas says that he is worried about his girlfriend Cuddy. He tells Chase that he likes his precise notations and noticed that he stopped being detailed four weeks ago. Lucas says people like him don't usually get backlogged. He says no one knows why he is leaving the hospital. He advises if he is staring at a pitbull, he should stay right where he is or he will get bit in the a***. He asks if he has dirt on any of the other three team members.

Hank starts to puke. Chase tells House that the patient's lungs are compromised. They wonder if Hank has lymphoma. House orders the team to fax an update to Taub and Thirteen. Cameron says she doesn't want to play his game. Chase notices that Cameron is angry at House. Chase takes full credit for killing Dibala.

House tells Wilson about his team members reasons why they want and don't want to work with him. Wilson asks why he wants the doctors. House explains he knows they are good and doesn't want any uncertainty. Wilson figures since House feels abandoned by Cuddy, he is reaching out for comfort. House mockingly says Wilson is right and only needs a good friend.

Chase and Foreman notice that Hank is peeing blood. He suffers from cardiac arrest, but is revived. After the team assembles, Foreman suggests Hank has aleukemic leukemia. House agrees and orders an ablation of Hank's bone marrow. The team are worried that the ablation might kill Hank. House sends an update to Thirteen and Taub which they initially ignore.

Cuddy warns House that he might kill the patient by ablating his marrow. House leaves the hospital early and finds Chase who says he wants to be on the team. House asks him if he thinks it will save his marriage, but he doesn't know. House says he has a tough decision on who to fill his three slots in his team.

At her apartment, Thirteen learns she was offered a job from another hospital. She looks over the fax that House sent her. While consulting with a patient who wants her crow's feet removed, Taub becomes distracted and looks over House's fax.

House gets a call from Thirteen and Taub who instruct him to stop the ablation. They explain the worms were helping Hank since he has extraintestinal Crohn's disease. Taub explains it was a result of living in a too clean of a environment. Taub suggests they administer worms. Taub walks in House's office as House watches some of Hank's work. Taub says he wants back on the team. House figures the job gave him a thrill. House says he will let him know his decision. House discovers that Thirteen is outside his office.

In the locker room, Chase tells Cameron he let House know he wanted to be on the team. He encourages her to plea for her position. Cameron walks in House's office and admits she was in love with him when she was younger, but she was an idiot. She accuses him of risking a patient's life in order to get his team back. He blames him for killing Dibala by playing God and teaching the team to do the same. House says what matters is the patient is alive. Cameron says House ruined Chase since he now can't see the sanctity of human life. She admits she loved him and Chase, but there is no way back for either one of them. Cameron gives House a kiss on the cheek then walks out the door.

House visits Wilson and tells him he is happy he got his sanity, license and three out of four of his team back. Wilson is surprised that Cameron is not in his team. House says Cameron broke up with Chase and is going to leave the hospital. Thirteen administers Hank with worms. Taub's wife gets upset after she learns he is going to go back to work with House. Cameron gives Chase a hug before she packs up and leaves. Lucas meets with Cuddy at the hospital and takes her home as House watches.
