A man tells his director he has a headache as they walk down to the set. After they enter a room full of women and cameramen, the director starts rolling. As the lights shine on him, the man says his eyes feel like they are about to explode. The director calls for an ambulance.

Chase tells Cameron they are going to late for work. Cameron says they can get through it even though he murdered Dibala. She suggests it is time for them to leave the hospital.

At the hospital, Foreman and House read about their patient Hank Hardwick, who is a pornstar, while they wait for Cameron and Chase. Cuddy arrives, gives House an envelope and congratulates him for getting his medical license. Foreman says House is back in charge. Cameron and Chase arrive and say they are leaving the hospital. House instructs the team to run an STD test, but realizes he is alone with Foreman.

Hank tells Foreman that he gets tested for STDs often. He explains that he is married to woman who is also in the porn industry. After he tells Foreman that his arms are killing him, Foreman sees that he has tetany.

House visits Taub at his plastic surgeon office and tells him about his case. Taub says he doesn't want back in since he gets to leave at the same time everyday. House figures that the only obstacle of him coming back is his wife. While Taub tells House he thinks Hank's brain is the link to the rest of his body, he closes House out of his office. House visits Thirteen at her apartment and tells her about the case. She says she has an interview later, then closes her door.

House informs Foreman about his attempt to rerecruit his team. In the cafeteria, he tells Wilson he wants to hire Taub, Thirteen, Cameron and Chase, but their lives are too complicated for them to want to join. Wilson suspects House is devastated since Cuddy is dating one of the two people in the world he considers as a friend. As they pack up their lockers, Foreman tells Chase and Cameron that House thinks Hank has cerebal vascolitis. He asks them to run some tests since he owes him. Cameron wonders if Hank has a vitamin D deficiency. Chase says he is going to take Hank to the phototherapy suite first. In the room, Chase and Cameron meet with Hank and his wife. Chase criticizes their work and relationship, but they explain they separate their sex and their emotions. Hank's wife sees that his nose is bleeding. Cameron finds that Hank is suffering from Petechial hemorrhages, which is broken capillaries near the skin. They figure Foreman's diagnosis was wrong.
