Claire goes to Noah's house to do some laundry. She asks him if he would like to do some volunteer work. They hear a noise and find Peter who teleported into Noah's bathroom. In New York, Peter tells Noah and Claire that Hiro is dying. Noah looks at a database and figures they can recruit a boy named Jeremy Greer.

Back at the carnival, Samuel figures they should bring out the real Sylar as soon as possible by forcing him to kill a cop. After being shown around by Lydia, Sylar decides to help work at the camp. Edgar tells Sylar that Lydia has always had a thing for bad boys. Edgar tells him he knows he can steal powers and says he has his own tricks. Edgar tosses three knives into Sylar's shovel. Sylar uses his telekinesis to toss the knives back into a post and pushes Edgar into a wheelbarrow full of cement. Samuel tells Sylar he should come with him. After several planes fly by, Sylar says he remembers flying like a pilot. Samuel calls forward Damian who he says can return his true memories. Damian leads him to the House of Mirrors.

At the hospital, Emma introduces herself to Hiro and asks him how she can get rid of her powers. Hiro wonders if his mission is to save Emma. Hiro says her powers are part of who she is.

Peter and Noah go to Jeremy's house. They see a dead bird and notice the smell of death. They enter the home and discover Jeremy's parents dead. Noah says there was a case in China where a woman was a healer, but later became a killer. From the stairway, Jeremy shoots at them with a shotgun.

Sylar walks in a room full of mirrors with Damian. Damian grabs Sylar's temple with his thumbs for a moment, then leaves. Sylar remembers fighting with his mom then stabbing her. Sylar says what he is seeing isn't him and begs for his visions to stop.
