Samuel tells Emma it is time for her solo. He instructs her to bring in people using her gift. She asks about the dream that Peter had showing that thousands of people are going to die with her help. Emma tells him Peter was right about her. She starts to leave, but Doyle takes over her body and forces her to stay.

Ando wakes up and sees Hiro up and awake. Hiro informs him that he has his full powers back since his mother healed her. A nurse brings Hiro a note from a woman in another room.

Sylar and Peter tell Matt that it is long story since Sylar is back. Matt warns him that Sylar is a monster. Peter gets into Eli's head and learns that Samuel wants to open up in New York and kill thousands. While Peter starts to leave with Sylar, Matt uses his power to convince Sylar to stay.

Claire starts to dig, but causes dirt to pour into the trailer. Noah says he figures Samuel wants Claire to watch him die as he runs out of air.

Emma plays in a microphone attached to a loudspeaker to draw in a crowd.

Hiro runs into a room and learns that Charlie is there, but she has become and elderly woman.

Noah tells Claire that she will get out of the situation even if it takes months. He tells her that Samuel will let everyone know about her kind. Claire wonders if the world is ready for them, but Noah says it is human nature for them not to accept her.

Matt tells Peter that Sylar killed his brother, but Sylar says he repented. Peter explains they perceived that they spent years together in Sylar's mind. Sylar asks Matt to enter his mind to see his true nature. Sylar tells Matt to let him prove that he is going to do good. After Matt sends them off, he gets into Eli's mind.
