Calleigh visits Mark and suggest he find someone and date if he wants to get serious and have children.

Owen meets with a patient named Audrey who refuses to undergo surgery to remover her cancerous tumor. Webber convinces Owen to take over the case by telling him he is getting older and may not have another chance to operate. Cristina tells Owen that Webber is playing him. Owen chases Webber and tells him his approach style is old school, which upsets him. Derek finds them arguing and tells them to present him a plan for him to chose. After Derek says Meredith and Cristina will assist. Cristina tells Derek that she wants to work with Webber.

Ben asks Bailey for dinner. Bailey says her yoga instructor wouldn't approve, but Ben suggests she tell her that her she has trouble breathing then have dinner with him.

Jackson brings Alex to a patient named Todd who had one of his lungs removed. Todd's girlfriend Molly says Todd is just panicking since she just asked him to move in with her. After Alex is unable to find his heart, Teddy tells him that his heart sunk near his kidney. She suggests he gets an implant to hold it in place which will also help him breathe, but Todd is worried that it would ruin his looks.
