Jim and Melinda watch a scary movie at home. Aiden sneaks up behind them and scares Jim. Melinda asks Aiden why he's not in bed and Aiden says he can't sleep without his Flash doll.

Eli drives down a dark street and arrives at Nathan Wiess's home. He arrives at the gate and the guard asks him to sign some release forms. Eli tells Nathan he is a fan of his software. Nathan tells Eli he feels like someone is watching him as Eli observes the cameras all over the building. Nathan tells Eli he is paranoid with a touch of obsessive compulsive disorder and asks for help. Eli suggests medication, but Nathan refuses. He asks Eli to give him tips to maintain his composure during an upcoming convention. He tells Eli he will reward him with a boat if he can help.

After Eli leaves, Nathan locks up his home and goes through his OCD routine. Nathan looks over the security cameras and sees all locations are secure. Meanwhile, the security guard sees a motion detector get triggered and investigates. Nathan notices the front gate has been compromised and tries to get ahold of his guard, but gets no response. Nathan tells the security company that he doesn't see anyone in the cameras, but his motion detectors are going crazy. Nathan hears footsteps approaching, then the lights go out in his safe room.

Melinda sees that she and Jim have overslept. They get out of bed and go to wake Aiden for school. Melinda finds that Aiden is not in his bed and searches the house for him. Melinda finds Aiden sleeping in the closet and he tells her he felt safe there.
