I liked the jumping back and forth between Japan and Los Angeles. It is nice to finally meet the person Bryce falls in love with. It also makes sense why Bryce wanted to commit suicide. I wonder if Nicole has feelings towards Bryce. It seems like she is taking her own advice and being patient with her love. One thing that was noticeably absent in this episode and was present in previous ones is the humor. I thought the past scenes of Stanford in the bathroom and the dancing bong owning future customs agent were nice touches that added lightness to the serious tone. Hopefully there are more comedic scenes in the future.
