Mark fixes Charlie's costume as Tim-Tim. Charlie convinces her dad to dress up as Tim-Tim's dad who has a eye patch and buck teeth. As they cross the street, they see an escaped kangaroo hop down the street. Charlie says it is the best costume she has ever seen.

Meanwhile, Lloyd looks for Dylan in his room, but he is missing. Janis thanks Stanford for him being there. She says she feels uncomfortable since she is wearing a gown. Stanford says the gown reminds him of his wife when she was about to give birth. Janis remembers her flashforward when she was pregnant. Olivia runs in the room after Janis's monitor beeps. She tells her they have to go back to the OR.

With his gun drawn, he chases them through a graveyard. He tackles one of them and is told the pranks were not his idea. Mark asks him where he got the mask and he says at a 99 cent store. Mark gets a call from Nicole, then returns to his house.

Demetri and Al follow the direction the hand is pointing down three blocks and find another hand pointing in a direction with one finger.

Mark returns home and finds Dylan there. Nicole says she found a hospital bracelet and contacted Dylan's dad. Dylan tells Mark the house is his too. Mark says he knows how to make it comfortable for everyone. He instructs Lloyd to leave and never come back. Lloyd apologizes for the inconvenience, thanks Mark for watching Dylan, then shakes his hand. Lloyd takes Dylan and leaves.

Meanwhile, Demetri and Al go to a house where they see a pool of blood on the ground. They kick open the door and see empty beer bottles and syringes on the ground. In another room, they see several bodies with blue hands covered with sheets.

Back at the hospital, Janis recovers. She tells Stanford that since Olivia performed a B-Lynch to save her live, it will be almost impossible for her to have children. She starts to cry and wonders why.

Mark tells Olivia he can see why she likes Lloyd, but she says she doesn't. Mark says he is confused since she is listed as Dylan's doctor. Olivia explains that her boss made her take care of him. Mark tells Olivia he is upset the man she might be sleeping with in the next six month was in his house. He asks her to be honest with him. She asks him to be honest with her since it seems like he is hiding something. Mark confesses he was drinking in his flashforward. Olivia says the lying has already started. Olivia tells Mark he is setting a double standard. She says she is still hurting from his past drinking problem. She says the real problem is that they don't trust each other anymore. Olivia says she wants to live in the moment, but doesn't think they can work anymore.

Back in the house, Al and Demetri call in the investigation team. Al says he found the ID of a man named Rutherford who he saw was the same man he was investigating during his flashforward.

Lloyd takes Dylan back to the hospital. He says he hopes it isn't Halloween again tomorrow since it was scary.

Meanwhile, Mark and Olivia hang out in different rooms. Stanford visits Janis as she sleeps. After Lloyd gets in his car Simon, the man from the train, surprises him from the backseat. Simon tells him he should not have disappeared on him and they need to talk. Lloyd says they don't have much to talk about since their experiment caused the deaths of 20 million people.
