Kat and Will have breakfast at the diner. Kat says they are on a pre-date to determine if they should go on a real date. Kat admits there is an attraction between them. After Kat sees Ray outside, he instructs Will to use the bathroom. After Ray enters the diner, Kat lies that she is there alone. Since Will is about to come out of the restroom, Kat says she would like to go with Ray to watch one of their kid's soccer game. Will comes out and is surprised that Kat left.

Joanna visits Penny at the newspaper. Penny says she has big news and would like her to come over to talk over a box of wine. After Joanna says she has plans with the other girls, she invites Penny to join them.

Meanwhile while she paints abstract art, Roxie has a vision of making out with Darryl. Later that night, she tells Kat that she seems like her painting is becoming easier and that she is seeing visions. After Joanna and Penny arrive, Kat explains that she ditched Will during her pre-date after Ray arrived. She says she left him a message afterwards. She told Will that she couldn't enter a relationship yet since Ray still has feelings towards her. After Joanna suggests Kat see Will secretly, Roxie says it is a bad idea. She explains that the signs of being used include if the man never takes the woman out in public or introduce her to his family. Penny realizes that she is in the same situation with Jamie. Joanna says she started her blog and got four hits that day. She says she is going to let her hair down now. Penny gets upset about her relationship with Jamie then excuses herself.

The next morning, a couple looks at Roxie's new painting then leaves. Darryl walks in and is impressed by the art. After Darryl says that she is not ready for a New York gallery, Roxie doubts that he even has friends in the art world. Darryl gives Roxie an invitation for a party he is throwing for her to display her work. He explains that an art gallery owner named Greta Noa will be there. After Darryl shows her jewelry he would like her to wear, Roxie remembers her vision of wearing it while making out with Darryl. Darryl realizes that Roxie had a vision about him, but she won't tell him what she saw.

Joanna visits Penny at her apartment and tells her about Roxie and Darryl's party. Joanna says she wants to have fun and wants to bring her as her consigliere. Joanna wonders who is in Penny's apartment and sees Jamie walk by. Joanna figures that Penny was upset the other night since she is Jamie's secret lover. Penny informs her she tried to tell her about her relationship, but Joanna never stopped talking about herself and her friends. Penny refuses to attend the party and sees her out the door. Jamie tells Penny that Roxie gave him an invitation. He explains he wants to support Roxie even though he hates Darryl. Penny asks Jamie to invite her and he agrees.
