Meanwhile, Eleanor cooks breakfast and hears a familiar voice on the television. She sees Darryl doing a commercial for his beer company, then screams. She runs into the highway where a truck nearly hits her before she passes out.

Roxie tries to call Chad, but sees his phone is at her house. Joanna and Kat arrive and order her to sit down for some bad news. Roxie figures Chad is dead because he told her. They inform her a statue outside the Eastwick Inn fell on him. Joanna asks if she would like a shot of tequila, but Roxie says she wants to prepare for Chad's funeral. She tells them Chad asked her to follow the signs, but she doesn't know what that means.

Meanwhile, the statue is removed off the street. Darryl wonders if he can move it to his garden. Kat returns home and learns one of her kids was tripped by one of her other kids. While she cleans up her cut, she sees she can instantly heal her with her finger.

Joanna goes to the paper and meets with Penny. She tells her she thinks she has a power of telekinesis. Penny nervously tries to convince Joanna to leave, which makes Joanna suspicious. Penny admits she has been replaced by a new hire. Joanna finds a man at her desk who introduces himself as Max Brody. He asks her if he can do a story about her being in the burning coffin during the bonfire, but she refuses. Max offers to set her up with a job in D.C. or Louisiana. Joanna tells him she won't be bribed for an interview.

Mia sees Roxie who says she is looking for signs in Matt's drawer of belongings. Mia tells Roxie she can't go to the funeral since Josh told her his mom doesn't want her to come. Roxie finds a hammer with a post it note that says return to Darryl.
