Mia meets with Josh in his room and realizes he is still mad at her. He says he didn't think she thought of him as embarrassing to be around. Mia says she wants to make it up to him. Josh asks what she is doing for Halloween.

Kat asks Will what he was thinking when he told Joanna about them. She says she lives by a code, 'Chicks before Sticks.' Will says she never even went out on a date with Joanna and when he was supposed to go on one, she stood him up to sleep with her ex. Will says he thought she is available since she separated from her husband, but she explains she is just bird nesting.

While Joanna watches TV, there is knock on the door. She opens it and sees Pastor Dunn. He knocks her out with a cloth soaked with ether, then kidnaps her. Dunn ties up Joanna and throws her into his truck. He confesses his body is weak to temptation. He says because she published the story about his infidelity, he will have his vengeance. Joanna tries to use her power of suggestion on Dunn, but it doesn't work.

Kat goes to the newspaper office to look for Joanna. Penny says she knows what she did with Will since Joanna is her best friend. Penny tries to call Joanna, but gets her voicemail. Kat suspects something is wrong.

Roxie thanks Bun for helping her save someone's life. Mia arrives and tells Roxie she should have not listened to her advice. Mia says she is going up to her room to get ready for her social exile. Chad arrives and tells Roxie he is disappointed she didn't defend him. Chad says he thinks there is something going on between her and Darryl. She asks him if he is going to the bonfire, but he ignores her then leaves.

Kat and Penny go to Joanna's house and sees she is not there. Penny tries to report Joanna missing but learns she has to wait longer. Kat suggests they seek help from Roxie, but Penny says she doesn't think Roxie can help since she doesn't seem like the smart one in their group. Penny leaves to look for Joanna herself.

Meanwhile, Joanna watches as Dunn uses a power drill to construct something. Joanna uses her power of telekinesis to bring a chisel close to her. She cuts her ropes while Dunn is not watching. He turns and realizes she is free. They get in a fight and Dunn ends up knocking her out.

Bun thinks she can use her loss of memory to create a cool new life. Kat, who is freaked out because Joanna is missing, arrives and asks Roxie to use her vision. Roxie explains she can't call her power at will. Kat admits she kissed Will. Bun grabs Joanna's keys and says it burned her. Kat and Roxie touch the key and feel it is normal. Bun touches it again and says it feels like it is on fire. Roxie explains that Bun has visions like her and they figure Joanna is going to be at the bonfire.

Meanwhile, Penny goes to the street and asks a group of kids if they have seen Joanna. One of the kids says Joanna is hot and he would like to tap that. Penny says the only thing he tapped is himself. Joanna finds Jamie in the diner. She says she blames herself for not checking out his story which caused Joanna to get fired. Jamie offers to help, but Penny says she doesn't really know him.
