While Judge Gallagher is sentencing Susan, Katherine stands up and says Susan has been trashing her to their friends. Susan admits she said some things and Judge Gallagher changes her mind about Susan's sentence, making her clean up trash on the roadside.

Julie runs into Angie at the coffee shop and says hello. Angie gives Julie the cold shoulder. Angie tells Julie she knows about the affair. Julie apologizes and Angie tells her that she shouldn't try to interact with her.

Lynette wakes Tom and he laughs at her for wearing mens clothes. Lynette says she doesn't fit in her own clothes anymore and needs to hide her pregnancy until she closes the deal she has been working on.

Gaby goes to church and confesses that she tried to bribe someone into letting her daughter into Catholic school. She tosses the priest a wad of cash and he tries to give it back. He tells her that he noticed she doesn't come to mass very often. Gaby tells him she understands that he wants the money to be delivered during mass.

Bree and Karl head home after watching Madame Butterfly together. Karl tells Bree he didn't care for the opera. He tries to kiss her and she reminds him that they agreed not to have sex for a month. Bree returns home and finds Orson listening to Madame Butterfly. The two enjoy the music, then Bree runs upstairs.

Lynette and Carlos finalize the deal they were working on and Carlos commends Lynette on her hard work. Lynette tells Carlos that she had help from Terence. Gaby then calls Carlos and tells him that she needs him to give the church some money. He tells her he isn't in that position and Gaby storms off. Gaby questions Lynette's wardrobe, then talks to Terence about how their children are in the same grade. Gaby goes to Carlos and tells him to send Terence to the new project in Florida. Lynette tells Carlos he can't send Terence to Florida because he may need him around for the next few months.

Katherine pulls up next to Susan on the side of the road and teases her about her punishment. Susan tells Katherine that at the end of the day, she gets to go home to Mike. Katherine throws her cup at Susan and drives off. Susan then reports Katherine for littering. Later, Katherine is forced to join Susan cleaning up trash.

Angie watches a coffee shop waitress brush crumbs off of Nick. She asks Nick about the waitress and he tells her it was nothing. He tells her he is sorry and asks what she wants him to do. She says she wants him to be the guy he used to be, the guy who saved her life.
