Robert holds a press conference to explain that he and Kitty decided to continue the campaign and not let the cancer win. The reporters point out that the seriousness of Kitty's illness may turn voters away.

Kitty starts her treatment and asks Sarah to talk to her about her trip to keep her mind off of the chemo. Sarah admits she met a guy. She explains how she got lost while driving and pulled over at a farm for help. She knocked on the door and a handsome guy answered. Sarah had trouble communicating with the man, who laughed as she tried to ask for directions in French. He admitted he spoke English and offered to take her to her destination. The nurse interrupts the story and asks how Kitty is doing. Kitty says she is okay, but asks the nurse to come back later so she can hear more of Sarah's story.

Nora meets up with Holly and Rebecca to pick out a wedding location. Holly gets a call and has to step away for a while. Nora asks Rebecca how she feels about the location Holly picked for them. Rebecca sees that they are currently shooting an adult film there. The women laugh and decide they have to find another place.

Kevin tells Robert that they need to get Kitty out in public, but Robert says no. Kevin says no one will listen to him without hearing from Kitty that she is okay with his running for governor.
